He has hands on management person Who has dealt with all the facts of the business since its inception. Along with this venture he has successfully start and run garment manufacturing plant with all in house facility since 1996. Prior to started am Synergy Pvt. Ltd, he has International worked experience of 4 years in Thailand with Scandinavian customers.

Malav Bhow, 36 years, whole time director, is Commerce graduate. He is the founder member of the company and currently looking for business planning and Operations. With his wide on hand experience of handling business, it has become strength of the company.

Rajendra Bhow, 65 years, whole time director, is textile engineer. Having more then 35 years of experience in the field of Textile, worked with different position in textile mill. He is founder member of am Synergy Pvt. Ltd and responsible for technical and HR support of various part of the business. Having pride to core team member to started first denim plant in India, he has now become core strength of the company.

Saurin Bhow, 36 years, CEO, is Mechanical Engineer. He is specialist of raw materials to production with all Merchandizing activity, successfully handle more then 7 years.
